A leading company in the hospitality sector is seeking a dynamic Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a diploma or degree in Hotel Management, and experience in restaurant management. This role includes supervising staff, ensuring food quality and compliance with health regulations, and preparing operational reports.
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensure high standards of food service, and lead a team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in restaurant management and strong leadership and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities :
Supervise daily operations of the restaurant, including staff management and customer service.
Ensure food quality, hygiene, and service standards are consistently maintained.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with kitchen and purchasing teams for stock requirements.
Train, motivate, and evaluate restaurant staff to ensure high performance.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
Assist in preparing staff schedules and ensuring adequate shift coverage.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Prepare daily / weekly sales and operational reports for management.
Skills & Qualifications Required :
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management or related field is preferred.
2 to 4 years of experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage or hospitality industry.
Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and multitask effectively.
Proficient in using POS systems and basic computer applications.
Good communication skills in English; Arabic is an added advantage.
