Responsibilities

3. Analyze the existing inventory and order required products in advance.
4. Ensure the smooth functioning of the restaurant by evaluating the quantity of cleaning, cooking, and miscellaneous products.

Skills

1. Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, with the ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff.
2. Detailed understanding of the food and beverage domain and a knack for elaborating on various dishes.
3. Proficient in explaining the details of a dish, including the ingredients, content, and taste.
4. Adroit in utilizing restaurant management tools and digital software for improving overall productivity.
