Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding guest service.
  • Manage reservations, guest relations, and resolve any service issues promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations.
  • Monitor financial performance, control costs, and achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain consistent quality and service standards.
  • Plan and execute special events, promotions, and training programs.

Requirements:
