Job Description

Key Responsibilities of the Restaurant Manager:

  • Manage day-to-day
    operations of the restaurant to ensure consistent high-quality service
  • Lead and motivate the
    restaurant team, ensuring top-tier service standards are met
  • Manage budgeting, cost
    control, and sales performance
  • Create memorable dining
    experiences and manage VIP and special event services
  • Collaborate with kitchen
    and culinary teams on menu development and execution
  • Monitor financial
    performance, including budgets, costs, and revenue goals
  • Uphold hygiene, safety,
    and quality standards according to brand and legal requirements
  • Handle guest feedback

Requirements of the Restaurant Manager:
