Job Description
To perform tasks independently with utmost efficiency, profitability, and responsibility for the day-to-day operations of assigned restaurant(s), ensuring the store operates in accordance with company policies, codes, and procedures.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve Herfy Q.S.C. Standards to ensure profitability and sales growth.
- Achieve sales and profit targets according to company budgets.
- Maintain proper staffing and scheduling based on sales volume and labor guidelines.
- Implement local promotion plans following the rules and policies of the marketing and advertising department.
- Develop solutions and make decisions based on logical assumptions and factual information.
- Utilize the crew growth ladder to benefit the restaurant operation and all employees.
- Implement crew training and development programs at all levels according to company requirements and needs.
- Initiate local store marketing plans to increase sales.
- Support the development of Assistant Managers through Personal and Development Plans.
- Conduct employee performance reviews according to company policies and rules.
- Ensure effective implementation of security measures and policies.
- Compare Herfy with competitors in pricing, new products, operations, Q.S.C., facilities, and physical plants; provide feedback and suggestions to top management.
- Ensure 100% compliance with Health Department Rules, Safety Regulations, Labor Laws, and Quality Standards among all employees.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety for all staff in the restaurant.
- Handle customer complaints courteously and professionally to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a safe work environment for all employees.
