Job description

Key Responsibilities of the Restaurant Manager:

Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant to ensure consistent high-quality service
Lead and motivate the restaurant team, ensuring top-tier service standards are met
Manage budgeting, cost control, and sales performance
Create memorable dining experiences and manage VIP and special event services
Collaborate with kitchen and culinary teams on menu development and execution
Monitor financial performance, including budgets, costs, and revenue goals
Uphold hygiene, safety, and quality standards according to brand and legal requirements
Handle guest feedback and implement continuous improvements
Coordinate with marketing and events teams to execute restaurant promotions
Maintain compliance with Radisson standards and brand values

Requirements of the Restaurant Manager:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role within a fine dining or upscale restaurant
Arabic-speaking candidates are preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
Solid understanding of F&B financials and service operations
Experience in handling VIP service and high-profile clientele
Knowledge of restaurant POS systems and Microsoft Office
