Restaurant Manager



We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Medina. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, and maximizing profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant, including front-of-house and back-of-house operations
- Train and manage staff to ensure high-quality service and adherence to company policies and procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the restaurant
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health codes
- Monitor financial performance, prepare reports, and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role is preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Excellent communication skills in English (Filipino language skills are a plus)
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and health codes
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends

Salary: $1500 per month

Location: Medina

Nationality: Filipino (non-Filipino candidates with relevant experience are also welcome)
