Restaurant Manager vacancy in Mecca Saudi Arabia

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Mecca. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the daily operations of our restaurant. This includes managing staff, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and maximizing profits.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and oversee the daily operations of the restaurant.
2. Hire, train, and schedule staff to ensure efficient operation.
3. Create and maintain employee schedules.
4. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by responding to complaints and resolving any issues.
5. Monitor food quality and consistency to ensure it meets company standards.
6. Control inventory and order supplies as needed.
7. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
8. Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs.
9. Monitor financial performance by analyzing sales data, expenses, and profitability.

Requirements:

1. 2+ years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
2. Knowledge of restaurant management software (e.g. POS systems).
3. Excellent communication skills in Urdu or Hindi preferred.
4. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
5. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
6. Knowledge of food safety regulations.
7. Experience with budgeting and financial management.
8. Biometric passport preferred.
