Restaurant Manager vacancy in Jeddah Saudi Arabia

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee our Indian cuisine restaurant located in Jeddah. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all aspects of the restaurant, including managing the staff, maintaining customer satisfaction, and driving profitability.

Responsibilities:

  1. Train and manage a team of servers, cooks, and other staff members to provide exceptional service to customers.
  2. Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and budgeting.
  3. Ensure that all safety and sanitation standards are met in accordance with local regulations.
  4. Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
  5. Maintain positive relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of high-quality ingredients.
  6. Monitor customer feedback and respond promptly to any concerns or complaints.
  7. Create a welcoming atmosphere for guests by providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues that may arise.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and make recommendations for menu updates or changes to improve profitability.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field preferred.
  2. Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian cuisine restaurant setting.
  3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
  4. Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus).
  5. Knowledge of food cost control, inventory management, and budgeting techniques.
  6. Passion for delivering exceptional customer service with attention to detail.
  7. Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Salary: $1100 per month (tax-free)

Location: Jeddah (candidates must already have legal right to work in Saudi Arabia)
