We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee our restaurant operations in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, maintaining high standards of food and service quality, and managing a team of staff.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures, scheduling staff, and handling customer complaints
- Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and served according to company standards
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Train and mentor staff to maintain high levels of customer service and efficiency
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Create and maintain budgets to maximize profitability
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment in accordance with health codes

Requirements:
