Responsible for quality assurance

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a quality assurance program that meets the needs of the company
• Design and execute test plans to ensure adherence to specifications and requirements
• Manage and evaluate test results to identify defects and areas for improvement
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure that software products meet user requirements
• Participate in design, code, and integration reviews to provide feedback on quality issues
• Define and maintain quality standards and processes for all stages of the software development lifecycle
• Develop and manage testing documentation, reports, and metrics
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience in quality assurance for information technology and services companies
• Excellent knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes
• Demonstrated understanding of software development lifecycle, including agile methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and in a fast-paced environment
