Resort Manager vacancy in Dhahran Saudi Arabia

1. Make certain all IKEA IT procedures in the shop working well.
2. Assistance IKEA colleague's hardware and applications related issues.
3. Coordinate and communicate with IKEA suppliers and service office IT colleagues to collaborate on project and IKEA applications issues.
4. Secure all the software program installed on the user's PC with licenses.
5. Secure daily IT regular and executing the checklist.
6. Monitor daily scheduler jobs and ensure sales statement posted.
7. Ensure all the daily and regular back-up jobs completed effectively for all three shops and service office.
8. Ensure and finish any back-up reconstruction request.
9. Preventive maintenance of Information center, hardware and servers.
10. Coordinate with supplier for POS machines maintenance.
11. Ensure data enhancing on a regular basis.
12. Work on efficient ways to reduce the IT Budget.
13. Certification Diploma in IT/ Computer/ Networking is required.
14. Must have strong communication abilities in both Arabic and English.
15. Microsoft/CISCO Certification is more suitable.
16. Problem solving and repairing skills.
17. Willing to cover various changes based on the group schedule (morning & evening), and provide necessary assistance as per business needs (during weekends, vacations and peak periods) according to the demands to fix cases promptly.
