English-Speaking Resort Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic English-speaking Resort Manager to oversee the operations of our luxury resort in Hafr al Batin, Saudi Arabia. As the Resort Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the resort, including guest services, staff management, financial performance, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee the daily operations of the resort, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage services, and maintenance.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs.
  3. Monitor guest satisfaction levels and address any issues promptly to ensure a positive experience for all guests.
  4. Train and manage a team of staff members to provide exceptional service and maintain a professional work environment.
  5. Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and sales to promote the resort and attract new guests.
  6. Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and hygiene regulations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry.
