Job Description
  1. Send pre-arrival emails 3 days prior to guest arrival, offering additional services related to their purpose of visit.
  2. Develop sales coaching plans to maximize Vacation Planner productivity and department revenue.
  3. Compile data for phone observations to identify buying behaviors and market trends.
  4. Assist the Training Department in enhancing Vacation Planners' skills and knowledge.
  5. Educate Vacation Planners on new promotional offers and updates from Marketing, Sales, and Property Management departments.
  6. Meet call center sales objectives through training, coaching, and product knowledge to boost agent productivity and revenue.
  7. Maintain professional and technical knowledge of call center operations and sales processes.
  8. Explore and pilot innovative systems and ideas to improve training, coaching, sales, and operations efficiency.
  9. Manage employee performance through training, product knowledge, and discipline to maximize productivity and quality.
  10. Communicate with support agents about job expectations and career path opportunities.
Qualifications

Typically, a relevant degree such as Bachelor's or College Degree in Business, Hospitality, Education, Hotel Management, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or Tourism is preferred.

Additional experience is an asset, especially prior experience with Opera or similar systems. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills are essential. Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
