We are currently seeking passionate and dynamic guest-focused Revenue professionals who pride themselves on delivering extraordinary customer service and providing creative solutions to our guests.

Responsibilities

As a Reservations Manager, you will manage the Reservations Department and promote a helpful and professional image to our guests. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing full cooperation to customers requiring assistance with a prompt, caring, and helpful attitude, and anticipating clients' needs.
  • Ensuring thorough application of room and group reservations procedures.
  • Knowing the operational procedures of Opera and maintaining awareness of guest profiles through the system.
  • Demonstrating complete product knowledge, understanding rate structures, and applying rate management.
  • Maintaining all administrative procedures according to hotel and company standards.
  • Contributing positively to sales activities within the hotel and maximizing sales opportunities.
  • Answering all incoming calls per Rotana standards, inputting information received by fax, ensuring it matches the system, and confirming requests within 24 hours.

Skills, Education, Qualifications & Experiences

You should have a degree in the hospitality field and at least two years of experience in hotel reservations. You must be computer literate with excellent communication skills, including proficiency in English, both written and oral. Additional language skills are an asset.
