  • Maintain guest profiles using Opera system.
  • Understand rate structures and apply rate management.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel standards.
  • Maximize sales opportunities.

Job description

We are currently seeking passionate and dynamic guest-focused Revenue professionals who pride themselves on delivering extraordinary customer service and providing creative solutions to our guests.

As a Reservations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the Reservations Department and promoting a helpful and professional image to our guests. Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Providing full cooperation to customers requiring assistance with a prompt, caring, and helpful attitude, and anticipating clients' needs.
  2. Applying procedures for room reservations and group reservations thoroughly.
  3. Knowing the operational procedures of Opera and maintaining awareness of guest profiles through the system.
  4. Showing complete product knowledge, understanding rate structures, and applying rate management.
  5. Ensuring all administrative procedures meet hotel and company standards.
  6. Contributing positively to all sales activities within the hotel and maximizing sales opportunities.
  7. Answering all incoming calls as per Rotana standards, inputting information received by fax, ensuring it matches the computer records, and confirming requests within 24 hours.

Skills, Education, Qualifications & Experiences:

  • Having a degree in the hospitality field and at least two years of experience in hotel reservations.
  • Being computer literate with excellent communication skills, proficient in English, both written and oral. Additional language skills are an asset.
