What will I be doing?

As a Reservation Agent, you will serve as the first point of contact for room reservations within the hotel. Your responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, presenting options, and offering solutions to meet Guest and customer needs. Specifically, your tasks will include:

1. Converting inquiries into contracted business swiftly
2. Responding positively to sales inquiries to develop future sales leads
3. Identifying potential sales leads
