First impressions count. To get our guests’ memorable experiences off to an unforgettable start, we’re looking for a Reservation Manager who can make transactions feel seamless.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

1. Respond to email or phone guest inquiries
2. Acknowledge IHG Rewards Club members and returning guests over the phone
3. Take, manage, and receive reservation requests and coordinate with the Front Office team
4. Recommend guest packages and drive upselling
5. Prepare relevant reports as directed by the Director of Commercial
6. Promote relevant marketing strategies to guests

What We need from you:

• Excellent communication skills — guests will come to you with concerns and compliments, so being approachable is key
• Problem-solving skills to turn issues into opportunities, ensuring every guest leaves with a great memory
• Fluency in the local language and English
• Literate and tech-savvy, with good reading, writing, basic math, and computer skills
