Job description

First impressions count. To get our guests’ memorable experiences off to an unforgettable start, we’re looking for a Reservation Manager who can make transactions feel seamless.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

  1. Respond to email or phone guest inquiry
  2. Acknowledging IHG Rewards Club members and returning guests over the phone
  3. Taking, managing, and receiving reservations requests and coordinate with Front Office team
  4. Recommend guests certain packages and drive to upsell.
  5. Prepare relevant reports as directed by the director of commercial.
  6. Promote relevant marketing strategies to guests.

What We need from you:

  1. Communication skills - guests will need to come to you with concerns as well as compliments, so you’ll be easy to talk to
  2. Your problem-solving skills will turn issues into opportunities so every guest leaves with great memories
  3. Fluency in the local language and English
  4. Literate and tech-savvy - you’ll need a good grasp of reading, writing, basic maths and computer skills
