Immediate Vacancy for Senior Research Scientists in Cancer Immunotherapy (Both Male and Female Applicants)

Educational Qualifications Required:

• Doctorate Degree (Ph.D.) in Microbiology, Bacteriology, Virology, Molecular Biology, or Biochemistry - Essential.
• Specialist in BSL, AMR, Vaccine development, Cancer Vaccine, CAR T Cell, CRISPR, Cancer Genetics, Gene Therapy, and GMP.

Work Experience Requirement:

• Minimum of ten (10) years of post-PhD experience - Essential.
• Proven contribution as a principal investigator or co-investigator in peer-reviewed international research publications within the last two years - Essential.

Position Summary:

• Provides leadership, guidance, support, and supervision to staff at the Saudi Arabian Government Medical Research Center, overseeing daily operations including employee management.
• Develops and implements strategic goals for departmental development and research activities in collaboration with the Executive Committee.
• Coordinates with other departments to align objectives, ensure understanding, and share achievements.
• Manages departmental activities, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and record-keeping.
• Organizes research education, workshops, conferences, and training programs for junior scientists in medical biotechnology.
• Leads and conducts transnational research projects, initiating independent programs in advanced medical biotechnology.
• Acts as principal investigator and representative in high-impact scientific publications and grant acquisitions.
• Evaluates research applications and manages staff performance, recruitment, and training.
• Provides training on research laboratory use for physicians, nurses, and lab staff.
• Performs additional duties as required.
