Position: Sales Coordinator for Pipes & Agri Film Businesses

Summary:

A Sales Representative/Sales Engineer is responsible for researching and developing sales and marketing opportunities, as well as planning and implementing new sales strategies for Pipes, Geomembrane, Agri Film, & Dibal based in Hail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • Create and implement marketing and sales plans aligned with growth and profit goals for all products.
  • Research, test, and launch innovative strategies to identify new marketing, sales, business, and product opportunities.
  • Manage all aspects of product management, including pricing, volume, margins, and portfolio development.
  • Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales and marketing channels and methods.
  • Provide market and competitive intelligence through research, trend analysis, and data mining.
  • Develop and oversee marketing and sales budgets, including internal operating budgets.
  • Recruit, develop, and motivate a high-performing, technically skilled, and loyal team capable of delivering results and assuming leadership roles.
  • Lead the development of marketing, sales, and product communication materials to maintain a professional corporate image, including website content.
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts across sales, marketing, manufacturing, supply chain, and engineering. Oversee new product development initiatives, including portfolio management, manufacturing, quality, pipeline, revenue, margin, and EBITDA.
  • Achieve and maintain financial targets and budgets.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or Engineering
  • At least 7 years of experience in industrial pipes sales
