POSITION SUMMARY: The Sales Representative is responsible for assisting the Sales Section Head with sales activities and providing full administrative support to the Sales Department, allowing the team to focus on sales priorities.
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in executing and monitoring sales activities in the assigned region to meet sales targets.
Issue Proforma Invoices, Sales Orders, etc., following instructions from the Sales Section Head according to the monthly sales plan.
Ensure payments are completed and verified by instructing agents or customers.
Advise agents and customers on product information and shipment schedules in response to their queries.
Respond promptly to inquiries regarding product information.
Update records of sales orders and shipment information accurately and timely in the database; present reports to the Sales Manager.
Maintain and update customer information in the database.
Assist in maintaining good business relationships in the market to support sales performance.
Perform other sales administration tasks as instructed by the sales team.
Update customers on their sales order status to ensure timely delivery.
Provide necessary information for product complaint investigations and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues within the specified timeframe.
Coordinate with logistics, customer service, finance, and other departments to ensure end-to-end sales processes are completed on time.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Chemical/Industrial Engineering or Marketing/Business Administration Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
