An exciting opportunity is available for Representative, Sales, based in Jeddah.

Summary:

Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects, researching and analyzing sales options. Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects, recommending solutions.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  1. Prepare offers, tenders, and all applicable documentation in line with company standards.
  2. Prepare and follow up on offers, tenders and all applicable documentation until orders are secured.
  3. Manage key accounts.
  4. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  5. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
  6. Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their requirements and concerns.
  7. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on services provided by the company and refer the right sales channel for other services.
  8. Create reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
  9. Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
  10. Negotiate and close deals and handle complaints or objections.
  11. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
  12. Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams for actions.

Minimum Qualification and Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in the same field.

Knowledge & Skills Required:

  1. Responsiveness to requests.
  2. Fluency in English language with excellent communication (written & oral) skills.
  3. Knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
