Job Description:

The Sales Representative role is designed to assist the Sales Section Head in all sales-related activities and provide full administrative support to the Sales Department. This allows the sales team to focus on their core sales priorities.

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Assist in executing and monitoring sales activities within an assigned region to meet sales targets.
  2. Issue Proforma Invoices, Sales Orders, etc., following instructions from the Sales Section Head according to the monthly sales plan.
  3. Ensure payments are completed and verified by instructing agents or customers.
  4. Advise agents and customers on product information or tentative shipment schedules in response to inquiries.
  5. Respond promptly to inquiries from customers and agents regarding product information.
  6. Update records of sales orders and shipment information in the database accurately and timely, and report to the Sales Manager.
  7. Update customer information in the database regularly.
  8. Assist in maintaining good business relationships in the market to support sales performance.
  9. Perform any other sales administration tasks as instructed by the sales team.
  10. Inform customers about their sales orders' status to ensure timely delivery.
  11. Provide information required for product complaint investigations and follow up with relevant departments to resolve complaints within the specified time.
  12. Coordinate with related departments such as logistics, Customer Service, and Finance to ensure end-to-end sales processes are completed on time.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical/Industrial Engineering or Marketing/Business Administration.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
