The role of a Concrete Factory Sales Representative is pivotal in promoting and selling concrete products to various clients, including contractors, builders, and construction companies.

Key Accountability Areas

  1. Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
  2. Provide product knowledge and technical support to customers.
  3. Prepare company prequalification and presentations.
  4. Negotiate contracts and close sales deals; prepare sales quotations and offers.
  5. Engage in sales and marketing for the ready-mix concrete business.
  6. Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  7. Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
  8. Ensure compliance with the mix design specifications.
  9. Manage logistics for timely delivery.

Role Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction or concrete industry.
