The Job in a Nutshell

We are seeking Sales Representatives to join our dynamic team and contribute to our sales efforts. These roles provide hands-on experience in various aspects of sales, including customer acquisition, relationship management, and strategic planning.

What You Will Do

  • Acquire New Customers: Reach out to leads to generate new business opportunities.
  • Serve Existing Customers: Optimize current plans and relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Adjust Sales Tactics: Modify sales strategies based on field tests and new insights to improve effectiveness.
  • Resolve Issues: Address and resolve customer complaints and queries promptly.
  • Achieve Goals: Maintain and meet monthly or bi-monthly performance targets.
  • Conduct Market Research: Perform market analysis and monitor competitor activity to stay informed on industry trends.
  • Document Management: Keep accurate records of customer interactions and account updates.
  • Customize Presentations: Adapt sales presentations based on client needs and feedback.
  • Focus Sales Efforts: Study existing and potential dealer volumes to optimize sales strategies.
  • Submit Orders: Process orders by referring to price lists and product information.
  • Report to Management: Provide regular updates through daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.

What Are We Looking For

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of relevant sales experience or a competitive client portfolio, with a strong familiarity with aggregators.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
  • Knowledge: Relevant industry experience in F&B or delivery is a significant advantage.
