We are seeking a Reporting Specialist to join our project team based in Al Ula, Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities :

• Report the progress of programs and projects to the Executive team and stakeholders through quality progress reports, dashboards, and related reporting deliverables.
• Ensure accurate, consistent, and timely reporting to inform decision-making and track performance.
• Manage the development of progress reports, dashboards, and other deliverables that capture program and project performance.
• Develop and maintain project reporting processes and standards.
• Collect, analyze, and report project data including status, risks, issues, and metrics.
• Collaborate with project teams to gather data, identify reporting needs, and refine reports and dashboards.
• Translate raw project data into usable information for reporting and analytics.
• Implement data reporting and analytic systems to optimize information flow and insights.
• Maintain databases for each project and monitor data for trends.
• Ensure all historical data and documentation are stored centrally for easy report generation.
• Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders, including senior management.
• Identify and track project risks and issues, developing mitigation plans.
• Support project teams to meet reporting requirements.
• Continuously evaluate reporting processes for improvements.
• Build effective relationships with stakeholders, including project teams and management.
• Follow all relevant policies and procedures to ensure work is controlled and consistent.
• Prepare accurate and timely reports to meet organizational standards.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in project management, data science, information systems, engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum of 12 years' experience in reporting, analytics, business intelligence, or related disciplines.
• At least 5 years' experience managing large programs or projects in engineering and construction.
• Experience publishing large reports or documents.
• Skills in report writing and technical documentation.
• Excellent data visualization and desktop publishing skills.
• Experience delivering presentations to senior management.
• Proficiency with project management tools and software.
• Proficient in reporting and BI tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and SharePoint.
