The project:

This opportunity is to be involved in a major mixed-use development, in Riyadh. The programme consists of over 200 projects including cultural and heritage assets, F&B, retail and hotels, commercial buildings and educational facilities.

Mace is currently providing the programme management and are looking for high-calibre experienced people

  • You will be responsible in designing and delivering reporting capability on own within small projects, or as part of a wider Mace reporting team in larger projects You will support best in class service delivery and effective engagement with wider industry and professional bodies to promote Mace.
  • You will be coordinating production and distribution of key monthly report.
  • You will be developing your expertise in PMO and Project Controls, with a growing internal and external network (e.g. clients, contractors, consultancies and other stakeholders).
  • Manages the reporting team on a project or subsets of the reporting practice within Mace.
  • Mastery in setting up effective reporting and performance management systems and procedures.
  • Standalone accountability for the designated performance of a large project or programme or of multiple projects concurrently.
  • Overseeing and executing tasks associated with reporting in line with the required drumbeat.
  • Completing / collating project progress / status reports.
  • Updating project controls data.
  • Creating content as directed in PDMS and updates as required.
  • Promoting Mace Way (Control Centre) processes.
  • Understanding overall project process in line with Mace Way (Control Centre) from design through to handover.
  • Managing the input and production of key monthly / quarterly reports.
  • Attending project review meetings where appropriate and challenges project status.

  • You will manage Project teams in the administration of the PMO and Project Controls process, particularly with respect to the cost, schedule, change, risk and reporting.
  • You will support senior PMO stakeholders in influencing long term development of strategy for a function or Business Unit (BU), creating a sustainable business future.

  • You will support the HUB PMO and Project Controls Director with resourcing and recruitment for the assigned commission.

You'll need to have:
  • Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high valued projects/ programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
  • Relevant bachelor's degree (or equivalent).
