The project:

This opportunity is to be involved in a major mixed-use development, in Riyadh. The programme consists of over 200 projects including cultural and heritage assets, F&B, retail and hotels, commercial buildings and educational facilities.

Mace is currently providing the programme management and are looking for high-calibre experienced people.

  • You will be responsible for designing and delivering reporting capability on your own within small projects, or as part of a wider Mace reporting team in larger projects.

  • You will support best in class service delivery and effective engagement with wider industry and professional bodies to promote Mace.

  • You will be coordinating production and distribution of key monthly reports.

  • You will be developing your expertise in PMO and Project Controls, with a growing internal and external network (e.g. clients, contractors, consultancies and other stakeholders).

  • You will manage the reporting team on a project or subsets of the reporting practice within Mace.

  • You will have mastery in setting up effective reporting and performance management systems and procedures.

  • You will have standalone accountability for the designated performance of a large project or programme or of multiple projects concurrently.

  • You will oversee and execute tasks associated with reporting in line with the required drumbeat.

  • You will complete/collate project progress/status reports.

  • You will update project controls data.

  • You will create content as directed in PDMS and updates as required.

  • You will promote Mace Way (Control Centre) processes.

  • You will understand overall project process in line with Mace Way (Control Centre) from design through to handover.

  • You will manage the input and production of key monthly/quarterly reports.

  • You will attend project review meetings where appropriate and challenge project status.

You’ll need to have:

  • Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high valued projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.

  • Relevant bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).
