Job description

JASARA PMC is seeking a highly motivated Reporting Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing JASARA's reporting processes, ensuring data accuracy and completeness, and providing accurate and timely information to internal stakeholders and external clients. JASARA Program Management Company is a joint venture between Public Investment Fund (PIF), Jacobs, and Saudi Aramco, established to deliver on the promise of Vision 2030 and elevate the delivery of Social Infrastructure programs in Saudi Arabia. As a Reporting Manager, you will have the opportunity to work on the most exciting and complex programs in the world and bring visible change within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement reporting processes and procedures to ensure accuracy and completeness of data
  • Manage the reporting team and provide guidance and support as needed
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify reporting requirements and ensure timely delivery of reports
  • Produce regular reports and dashboards to provide insight into program performance and progress
  • Review and validate data inputs to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Identify and troubleshoot reporting issues and provide solutions
  • Manage relationships with external clients to provide timely and accurate reporting as required

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in reporting, project management, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated experience managing a team and providing guidance and support
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and meet tight deadlines
  • Experience working in the civil engineering industry a plus
