SUPERVISOR/MANAGER: Operation Manager
Main Duties/Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot a variety of low-current electronic devices, such as smartphones, tablets, laptops, and other consumer electronics.
- Perform repair and restoration work on damaged or malfunctioning electronic components, including circuit boards, ESP32, Arduino Boards, Sensors, CCTV, Access Control, connectors, and other internal parts.
- Disassemble and reassemble electronic devices using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Test repaired devices to ensure they are functioning properly and meet quality standards.
- Maintain detailed records of all repair work, including the nature of the problem, the steps taken to resolve it, and the outcome.
- Provide customers with status updates on the progress of their repairs and communicate any issues or additional costs.
- Assist with inventory management, ordering replacement parts, and maintaining a well-stocked repair workshop.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest repair techniques, technologies, and industry best practices.
- Provide training and guidance to junior technicians or apprentices, as needed.
Experience
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an electronic repair technician, preferably in a retail or service-oriented environment.
- Hands-on experience in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing a variety of low-current electronic devices.

Technical Skills
- Proficient in the use of electronic testing equipment, such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and soldering irons.
- Familiarity with common operating systems, software, and hardware configurations for various electronic devices.
- Understanding of electrical principles, circuit design, and component-level repair techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and repair guides.
