SUPERVISOR/MANAGER: Operation Manager

Main Duties/Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot a variety of low-current electronic devices, such as smartphones, tablets, laptops, and other consumer electronics
  • Perform repair and restoration work on damaged or malfunctioning electronic components, including circuit boards, ESP32, Arduino Board, Sensors, CCTV, Access Control, connectors, and other internal parts
  • Disassemble and reassemble electronic devices using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Test repaired devices to ensure they are functioning properly and meet quality standards - Maintain detailed records of all repair work, including the nature of the problem, the steps taken to resolve it, and the outcome - Provide customers with status updates on the progress of their repairs and communicate any issues or additional costs
  • Assist with inventory management, ordering replacement parts, and maintaining a well-stocked repair workshop
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest repair techniques, technologies, and industry best practices - Provide training and guidance to junior technicians or apprentices, as needed

Experience

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an electronic repair technician, preferably in a retail or service
  • oriented environment
  • Hands-on experience in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing a variety of low-current electronic devices

  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to identify and resolve complex technical issues
  • Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity to perform delicate repair work

Technical Skills

  • Proficient in the use of electronic testing equipment, such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and soldering irons
