Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Tech Lead/Senior Backend Engineer to own backend architecture, build scalable server-side systems, and lead the Kubernetes-based modernization efforts using Go and the Operator SDK.

You will design RESTful microservices, ensure high availability, and guide engineering practices across complex backend initiatives while mentoring other developers in a remote-friendly, distributed setup.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional backend development experience, including at least 5 years with Go.
• Strong experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration in production environments.
• Hands-on experience developing Kubernetes Operators using Go and the Operator SDK.
• Proven track record in designing RESTful services, microservices, and highly available systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of scalable backend applications with emphasis on availability and reliability.
• Develop Kubernetes Operators using Go and the Operator SDK as production-grade microservices.
• Own backend solutions through architecture, implementation, deployment, scaling, and monitoring.
