About the role:

For the dynamic and growing Kidde Global Solutions team in the Middle East, we are currently looking for a Remote Business Development Manager. The role holder will be based in / work remotely from a home-office in Egypt, covering the Saudi Arabia market. Occasional travel to KSA may be expected.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Develop & execute the “remote” business development strategy, aligned with overall team, sales & company objectives.
  2. Identify & prioritize target accounts (Consultants, Contractors, Government & Private) with a focus on product-specific opportunities for business growth.
  3. Identify & highlight potential partner accounts in close collaboration with the regional sales manager & business development manager.
  4. Manage & process product-specific vendor registration through official portals & ensure all necessary documentation is submitted.
  5. Build online network with key stakeholders, facility managers, contractors, consultants & clients.
  6. Deliver online presentations to prospective clients & effectively communicate the company’s values & product features.
  7. Generate continuous sales leads for the sales team.
  8. Conduct ongoing market research & competitive benchmarking analysis.
  9. Collaborate with sales & marketing teams to organize key events & workshops.
  10. Track & process business development activities, ensuring that leads, opportunities & data are up to date.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in business management, engineering or a related field.
  2. 5-7 years of experience in a business development role in the fire industry field.
  3. Understanding of industry regulation & standards.
  4. Fluent in Arabic; very good command of English.
  5. Strong communication, persuasion, negotiation & presentation skills.
  6. Persistence & perseverance with a “Never Give Up” approach.
  7. Great team player.
  8. Confident & assertive (in a positive manner).
