Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the development, updating, and delivery of formal training to RSAF Cadets in Religious Studies and cultural affairs.
  • Authorized to make decisions regarding cadet behaviour in the classroom.
  • Authorized to decide on the pacing of the delivery of training materials.
  • Conduct effective delivery of curricula and ensure lessons are well-planned and organized.
  • Maintain constant contact with the Senior Religious Studies instructor.
  • Maintain daily class registers, accurately recording cadet attendance.
  • Complete weekly reports on cadet performance and write end-of-book/phase reports for each cadet.
Job Requirements
  • A Bachelor (or higher) degree in Islamic Religious and Cultural Studies.
  • At least 2 years of teaching experience.
  • Ability to develop and update study materials.
  • Broad knowledge of Arab religious and cultural matters.
