A leading company in Saudi Arabia seeks a Religious Studies Instructor to deliver training to RSAF Cadets. The role involves developing study materials, maintaining records, and reporting on cadet performance. Ideal candidates will have a relevant degree and teaching experience, contributing to the national defense education initiative.

Responsibilities
· Responsible for the development, updating and delivery of formal training to RSAF Cadets in Religious Studies and cultural affairs.
· Religious Studies Instructor is authorised to make decisions regarding cadet behaviour in the classroom.
· Also authorised to decide on the pacing of the delivery of their training materials.
· Religious Studies Instructor will conduct the timing and effective delivery of the curricula.
· He will also ensure that his lessons are properly planned and organised to most effectively deliver the training materials.
· Religious Studies Instructor need to be in constant contact with the Senior Religious Studies instructor.
· Religious Studies Instructor is required to maintain their Daily Class Register – that is, they must accurately record cadet attendance for each class the instructor is responsible for during the day.
· Teachers are also required to complete a Weekly Report on the performance of their cadets and to write an End of Book/Phase report on each cadet in the class.

Job Requirements:
· A Bachelor (or higher) degree in Islamic Religious and Cultural Studies.
· At least 2 years teaching experience
· Ability to develop and update study material.
· Should have a broad knowledge of Arab Religious and cultural matters
