Job Purpose:

The ideal corporate relationship manager will be responsible for handling clients and customer relationships, analyzing current market trends to identify business opportunities that meet the clients' demands and public interests, generating resources for revenues, and increasing profitability.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform related duties as required; annual reviews, calls/site visit, credit memos, etc.
  • Maintain strong contact with customers, assuring information efficacy.
  • Provide customers with updated market & financial information.
  • Participate in customer complaints resolutions.
  • Adhere to the Bank policies and procedures at all times & with all customers & clients.
  • Maintain and update accounts, contacts & leads according to standards.
  • Update back office of all activity & potential for growth and expansion in territory.
  • Provide system improvement and cost reduction recommendations as required.
  • Defines performance goals at the start of the year in discussion with the reporting manager and ensures the goals are monitored and achieved during the year.
  • Keeps abreast of relevant professional/industry developments, new techniques, and current issues through continued education and professional networks.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance / Business Administration or any related filed.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with a preference 3 years of experience in a relevant role.
  • Strong Interpersonal skills and relationship management.
