We are seeking a detail-oriented Regulatory Affairs Specialist to join our dynamic Flight Operations team at our Riyadh headquarters. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about aviation compliance and regulatory excellence to make a meaningful impact in ensuring our operations meet the highest standards.

What You'll Do

As our Regulatory Affairs Specialist, you'll be at the heart of our compliance efforts, working closely with the Manager of Regulatory Affairs to:

  • Monitor and analyze regulatory changes affecting flight operations
  • Support the preparation of regulatory applications and manual amendments
  • Maintain and update critical regulatory documentation with precision
  • Coordinate compliance activities across multiple departments
  • Assist during audits and regulatory inspections
  • Provide analytical support on standards changes and their operational impact
About You
What We're Looking For
Essential Requirements:
  • Education: High School Graduate (Grade 12) minimum; Bachelor's degree or equivalent operational experience preferred
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in regulatory, quality, or operations roles within aviation
  • Language: Fluent English (written and spoken)
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with GACA, ICAO, and airline regulatory frameworks
