Job summary

Tabby is seeking a RegTech Manager to lead regulatory technology initiatives across Compliance and Anti‑Financial Crime. You will drive smarter risk management, oversee systems, dashboards, and reporting, and mentor teams to adopt best RegTech practices within the function.

The role requires 5–8 years in Compliance/RegTech with AML/CFT focus, strong data analytics skills, and experience shaping technology roadmaps. A fintech environment with relocation support offers growth and device provisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, CS, IS, Data Science or related field.
• 5–8 years in Compliance, Technology, AML/CFT, RegTech or related tech functions.
• Strong AML/CFT knowledge and regulatory technology frameworks.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements for financial institutions and fintechs.
• Experience with data analytics, reporting, dashboards and KPI development.
• Proficiency with SQL, Power BI and Excel for analytics and reporting.
• Experience translating regulatory and business requirements into tech solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and oversight of RegTech solutions for Compliance and AFC.
• Ensure AFC systems meet regulatory requirements and controls.
• Oversee KPI dashboards and reporting for Compliance and AFC functions.
• Mentor teams on RegTech best practices within Compliance and AFC.
• Coordinate with internal units and external departments on tech projects.
• Support automation, digital transformation and process optimization.
• Monitor regulatory developments and align technology accordingly.
• Act as focal point for technology-enabled compliance projects and inspections.
• Conduct system audits and validations for effectiveness and alignment.
• Prepare strategic tech roadmaps and performance reports.
• Train staff on new technologies and promote digital literacy.
