We're Hiring: Regional Sales Manager – Western Region (KSA)

Location: Western Region, Saudi Arabia

Reporting to: Sales Manager

We are looking for an experienced and driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in the Western Region of Saudi Arabia. This is a key leadership role within our growing organization, ideal for someone with a strong background in FMCG sales, exceptional people leadership, and a proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Area Sales Managers and Sales Representatives.
  • Create and implement strategic sales plans tailored to the Western Region.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Identify new market opportunities and adjust strategy as needed.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and support teams to align efforts.
  • Deliver regular reports and sales forecasts to senior management.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of the sales team.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, client meetings, and industry events.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5–8 years of sales experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong experience in the FMCG industry is required.
  • Proven success in achieving or surpassing regional sales targets.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with the Western Region of Saudi Arabia is a strong advantage.
