Regional Sales Manager – Vendor – Identity & Access Management (IAM)

Are you a driven sales professional passionate about cybersecurity and digital identity? My client a leading vendor is expanding the team and looking for an ambitious Regional Sales Manager (IAM) in Riyadh.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Lead the IAM sales strategy across META, setting aggressive goals to grow revenue and market presence.
  2. Build a strong sales pipeline through direct engagement, marketing collaboration, and partner channels.
  3. Develop and manage relationships with enterprise clients, key decision-makers, and influencers.
  4. Oversee the complete sales cycle – from prospecting and demos to RFPs, negotiations, and closing.
  5. Partner with marketing, engineering, and channel teams to deliver joint go-to-market efforts and campaigns.
  6. Keep a pulse on industry trends, regional compliance updates, and competitor movements to stay ahead of the curve.
  7. Represent the company at events, customer meetings, and industry forums.

Requirements:

  1. *For this position you must be working for an IAM vendor or have experience specialising in IAM sales*
  2. Proven success in selling cybersecurity IAM solutions to enterprise and mid-market customers.
  3. Solid understanding of IAM, cloud security, and digital identity.
  4. Skilled in enterprise sales methodologies like MEDDPICC (or similar frameworks).
  5. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
  6. Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in fast-paced environments.
  7. Excellent communication, presentation, and proposal-writing abilities.
  8. Saudi National is preferred. Open to Arabic speakers too.
