Job description

We’re working with a global leader in industrial automation and control to help them find a Regional Sales Manager to head up their Pressure Management (Valve) business across Saudi Arabia and Bahrain.

It’s a high-impact role with real variety, leading a regional sales team, driving growth across new and existing customers, and helping shape the sales strategy across industries like Oil & Gas, Power, Chemicals, and more. There's also a strong focus on the growing Natural Gas, LPG and CNG sectors, covering everything from projects and packaged solutions to aftermarket and lifecycle services.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading and developing the sales team across the region
  • Driving sales growth across installed base, projects, and services
  • Working closely with EPCs, end users, and local partners
  • Building long-term relationships and winning strategic projects
  • Supporting operational planning, S&OP, and inventory strategy
  • Helping register the local manufacturing facility with key customers

What we’re looking for:

  • A solid track record in technical sales, ideally in pressure management, control valves, or flow solutions
  • Experience working in or selling into Saudi Arabia and Bahrain (preferred, but not essential)
  • Strong understanding of sectors like Oil & Gas, Power, and Industrials
  • Engineering background (essential); MBA or Arabic a nice bonus
  • Comfortable leading from the front, travelling regularly, and getting hands-on with customers
