A leading company in the test and measurement industry seeks a Regional Sales Manager in Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on managing distribution partnerships, maximizing revenue, and leading a successful team. Candidates should have extensive sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing authorized resellers to sell company products and services in geographic areas or named accounts. Maximize revenue through all sales-oriented activities including adding value to products, support of sales promotions, advertising, and marketing activities. Develop Fluke business within key and focus accounts in KSA, you will also manage, train, motivate and direct the team to optimize productivity and promote professional growth.
You will work towards achieving business goals and will be measured on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis. As such, you will be required to maintain accurate, timely forecasts, Channel Partner commitment and Funnel reports and provide monthly business reports.

You will also be working of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Networks with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise
