Job description

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing authorized resellers to sell company products and services in geographic areas or named accounts. Maximize revenue through all sales-oriented activities including adding value to products, support of sales promotions, advertising, and marketing activities. Develop Fluke business within key and focus accounts in KSA, you will also manage, train, motivate and direct the team to optimize productivity and promote professional growth.

You will work towards achieving business goals and will be measured on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis. As such, you will be required to maintain accurate, timely forecasts, Channel Partner commitment and Funnel reports and provide monthly business reports.

Responsabilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business through effective management of reseller/distributor representative companies and associates.
  • Achieve business revenue objectives by assigned reseller entity.
  • Assure distributor reps are educated on our products.
  • Integrate brick & mortar strategies with online and new media marketing and sales strategies to enhance our sales and enhance the reputation and effectiveness of our distributors.
  • Track and monitor end-user customer satisfaction to retain business and execute marketing and promotions strategies to achieve or exceed new sales revenue targets.
  • Completes administrative reporting accurately and on time and accurately forecasts revenues.
  • Master the basic features and benefits of our primary products.
  • Know local company players in our Test and Measurement industry and evaluate them where required. Gathers information of market and competition to proactively develop and maintain distributor s strategy.
  • Implements the distribution channel collaborating strategy for distributors.
  • Develop new distribution accounts and maintains durable relationship with current distributors

Your team:

You will be working with an international and diverse team located in different locations in the Middle East, Europe, and USA.

You will also be working of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Networks with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise

Your profile:

  • Bachelor s degree in electrical / electronic engineering or equivalent. MBA is advantage
  • Fluent in English and Arabic, all verbally and written.
  • Customer friendly attitude and a minimum of 15 years successful sales experience and if possible, business partner management experience.
  • Ability to translate technical product information into strong customer value propositions.
  • Proven experience of engaging directly with customers.
  • Solid understanding of the Electrical Market and Test & Measurement industry and players/competitors
  • 50% of the time to travel in Saudi.
  • Experience in Leading a winning team.
  • Proven legal Compliance record.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation skills, proven presentation skills, with experience in large audiences.
  • Adaptable and result oriented.
  • Self-starter, proactive and problem-solver.
  • Excellent Sales Skills from Prospecting to Closing.
  • Strong team player with the ability to work successfully in a multicultural organization
