Role

Splunk is looking to hire an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join the team focusing on the Saudi Arabia Public Sector market. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of our success in enterprise data management software solutions, with potential for career development and increased earning potential.

Responsibilities
  • Consistently deliver daring license sales, support, and service revenue targets with dedication to sales goals and deadlines.
  • Focus on penetrating Public Sector accounts in Saudi Arabia, conducting effective account planning and opportunity management.
  • Negotiate favorable pricing and business terms with large enterprises by selling value and return on investment.
  • Work with partners and alliances in Saudi Arabia for maximum effectiveness.
  • Collaborate closely with sales engineering, internal teams at Splunk, and partner services resources.
  • Utilize the Splunk sales methodology and processes effectively.
  • Expand deal size and value by working with both international and domestic colleagues.
  • Provide timely insights to other corporate functions, especially product management and marketing.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of extensive enterprise software sales experience, particularly with large Public Sector Healthcare accounts in Saudi Arabia.
  • Ability to grow and scale with the company.
  • Strong executive presence and professional presentation skills.
  • Ability to make and meet forecasting commitments accurately.
  • Outstanding management, communication, written, and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-growing, dynamic environment and being 'disruptive.'
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Relevant experience in IT systems, enterprise/infrastructure management, application development, security, or analytics, with the ability to articulate use cases.
  • Extensive use of CRM systems such as Salesforce.
  • Proven success and knowledge with prospects and customers in the territory.
