Job Description

Location: Jeddah

Purpose: The core objective of this role is to support the Business Unit Manager (BUM) or Business Unit Director (BUD) in achieving the business goals by leading a team at a regional or national level. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies for Boston Scientific products, managing sales performance, and maintaining market leadership in the country.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Industry Knowledge: Continuously update team on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge. Collect regional data on competitors and inform marketing strategies.
  2. Selling Skills: Regularly visit customers to promote products, aiming to meet revenue targets as per the plan.
  3. Business Management: Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and analyze regional sales data. Plan and control expenses to meet sales objectives within budget.
  4. Support Activities: Assist marketing and sales support staff in promotional activities, training, and market research.
  5. Sales Strategies: Develop and implement sales strategies in collaboration with senior management. Conduct quarterly reviews and adjust plans accordingly.
  6. Client Interface: Act as the primary contact for clients and customer service, ensuring issues are addressed promptly and quality standards are maintained.
  7. Clinical Excellence & Quality: Stay updated on clinical data, interpret studies, and discuss product benefits with healthcare professionals. Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven leadership and team management experience.
  • Experience in electrophysiology or cardiac rhythm management preferred.
  • Successful track record in sales and business strategy development.
  • Industry experience in medical devices and marketing is desirable.
