We aim to make the world a safer place. We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join our Energy Team (Petrochemical, Oil, Gas, and Clean Energy). Based in Saudi Arabia, your role is to drive growth by promoting our technical solutions, expanding market presence, and transforming insights into action. You will build strong relationships with key end users, customers, and distributors, identify new business opportunities, and guide them from inquiry to proposal. Staying ahead of industry trends and competitor activity, you will also contribute to regional strategy, product development, and promotional efforts.
This position reports directly to the Regional Sales Director of ME and India, collaborating with various team leaders across product management, operations, finance, engineering, and marketing.
We seek a customer-focused sales professional with strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a minimum of 7 years of engineering experience. The candidate should demonstrate success through a 'Voice of the Customer' approach, possess excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, and be able to articulate value propositions effectively. Ability to work independently and in multicultural teams across time zones is essential. Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with a proactive, self-motivated demeanor, are required.
