About The Role

We make the world a better place to live! We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join our Energy team. The position is based in Saudi Arabia.


The role's purpose is to drive growth by promoting our technical solutions, expanding our market presence, and translating insights into action. You will build strong relationships with key end users, customers, and distributors, identify new business opportunities, and guide prospects from initial inquiry to proposal. Staying ahead of industry trends and competitor activity, you'll also contribute to regional strategy, product development, and promotional efforts.


This position reports directly to the Regional Sales Director for ME and India, collaborating with various team leaders including product management, operations, finance, engineering, and marketing.


Our mission is to provide solutions that protect people and property from fire and gas leak hazards. For over 60 years, major Oil & Gas companies have relied on Autronica and Det-Tronics for outstanding fire alarm systems and flame & gas detection products.


Your Responsibilities Will Be
  • Promoting the technical capabilities of our products to key customers.
  • Collaborating with the Regional Sales Director on regional strategies to enhance market presence and meet growth targets.
  • Keeping abreast of industry trends and providing insights on competitor activities.
  • Identifying new distributors and developing account plans for profitable growth, ensuring timely execution and feedback.
  • Maintaining high-quality sales activity across key accounts.
  • Presenting product and solution offerings clearly and effectively.
  • Generating new business opportunities and managing inquiries from initial concept to proposal.
  • Working with the estimation team to prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations based on inquiries.
  • Building relationships with industrial end users to obtain vendor approval and product specifications.
  • Contributing to new product development, forecasting, promotions, customer visits, and exhibitions.
  • Providing timely reports on sales, quotations, opportunities, customer issues, and competitor activity.
Your Qualifications

We seek a customer-focused sales professional with strong communication and interpersonal skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to understand client needs, present value propositions, and drive results. The ideal candidate can work independently and within diverse teams.

  • An engineering degree with at least 7 years of experience.
  • Customer-centric approach, demonstrating success through understanding customer needs.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to ask questions and define expectations clearly.
  • A proactive, "can-do" attitude towards role and customer relationships.
  • Ability to articulate value propositions and maximize revenue.
