The Regional Marketing Manager – MEAI – PSI is responsible for developing and executing regional marketing strategies that meet market needs profitably across the Druck, Panametrics, and Reuter Stokes brands in the MEAI region. Success hinges on creating a winning regional marketing strategy to grow leads and opportunities.

As a Regional Marketing Manager - Precision Sensors and Instrumentation, your responsibilities include:

  1. Utilizing market intelligence on customer needs, unmet demands, and trends to develop and own the MEAI regional marketing strategy for the three PSI businesses.
  2. Gaining deep understanding of the specific needs of various sub-regions, countries, markets, verticals, and customer groups, and tailoring strategies accordingly.
  3. Aligning with the regional marketing processes established by the Regional Marketing Leader for campaign conceptualization and execution.
  4. Collaborating with Commercial, Product, and Digital Marketing teams to develop targeted marketing campaigns, including content localization, channels, SEO/SEM, and events.
  5. Ensuring effective deployment of campaigns across appropriate audiences considering budget and team capacity.
  6. Managing PSI channel partner marketing strategies for the MEAI region, ensuring content is localized in relevant languages.
  7. Working with the Regional Marketing Leader to craft comprehensive regional marketing plans for the Precision Sensors and Instrumentation business.

To succeed in this role, you should:

  1. Hold a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  2. Have extensive experience in regional marketing.
  3. Be capable of formulating and achieving goal-oriented action plans.
  4. Possess strong communication skills in English and at least one other relevant local language.
  5. Be technically proficient in content localization, channel partner marketing, SEO/SEM, events, and other marketing skills.
  6. Be effective in cross-functional collaboration with regional and global stakeholders.
  7. Be energetic, influential, and resilient, with a drive to deliver outstanding results.
  8. Have knowledge of markets and customers relevant to the region, including industries like Aerospace, Automotive, Oil & Gas, and others.
  9. Have practical experience in customer/vendor interfaces and negotiations.
  10. Be adept at finding solutions amid ambiguity.
  11. Be able to prioritize workload effectively.
  12. Be fluent in additional languages relevant to the region.
