Job Description
  1. Serve as the focal point between the strategic management team, Quality managers, and Infection Control section heads at KSA Business Units.
  2. Translate Andalusia's vision and strategic objectives into an actionable plan with clear, agreed-upon action items, ensuring efficient execution.
  3. Ensure all hospital services align with their intended purpose, meet legal and internal requirements, and satisfy customer expectations.
  4. Coordinate and guide activities and quality improvement projects in collaboration with strategic management, hospital management, and regional department managers to enhance process effectiveness and efficiency, and achieve hospital goals related to revenue, customer base, and value proposition.
  5. Accountable for providing a safe environment for patients and staff, including the prevention and control of healthcare-associated infections.
  6. Develop and implement infection control strategies, policies, and training programs for healthcare staff.
  7. Audit compliance with infection control measures across KSA Business Units.
  8. Lead management of infection control outbreaks and oversee improvement projects related to infection prevention across the Business Units.
