What will you do:

We are looking for experienced Fortune 200 company MEA Regional Headquarter infrastructure building management professionals to join our team.

• Your role is centered around managing the RHQ (Regional Headquarter) Infrastructure decoration progress and infrastructure, operation and maintenance after completion
• Oversee the entire decoration process of the RHQ infrastructure, including setting up project timelines, suppliers bidding, finalizing zone layouts, decoration and equipment procurement,coordinating with contractors, monitoring construction work, communicating with regulators etc.
• Manage infrastructure zone opening planning, trial operation and adjustment, formal operation.

What will you have:

• 10+ years of experience in project management, preferably in construction, interior design, or related fields.
• Experience in managing office and retail store decoration is highly desirable. Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in KSA is a plus.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to create and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Strong cross-departmental communication and collaboration with property, marketing, products, and other relevant departments.
• Fluency in English and Arabic. Chinese proficiency is a plus.
